My name is Kevin Monahan, and I have been a Piper for 23 years, in which time I have been a competing member of several competition pipe bands as well as forming & teaching my own band for 14 years.

I was born in Liverpool of Irish extraction & as far as I am aware, Pipers have been in my family since my great, great grandfather through to my father, uncles, brother & now my son. My son was graded as the best juvenile solo Piper in the North West of England and is currently competing with Ballinderry Bridge Pipe Band Grade 1.

I have just recently moved to Paphos, Cyprus and I will be available to play the pipes for any occasions that you will be celebrating! Cyprus Wedding, Cyprus Funerals, Cyprus New Year, Cyprus Burns Supper, Cyprus St Andrews Night & also not forgetting Cyprus St Patricks Day.

My repertoire consists of both Irish & Scottish tunes, so if you require a Celtic Air performed on the pipes in Cyprus, dont hesitate to contact me.

Since my arrival on the island of Cyprus, I have been called upon as a Piper to play the pipes at many Cyprus Civil Wedding, notably at Paphos, Peyia Town Hall and also at Yermasoyia and Ayios Athanasios in Limassol & also in Ayia Napa, Protaras.

Cyprus Church Wedding Services are conducted at Ayia Kyriaki (St Pauls Pillar) and St Georges Chapel in Paphos, Cyprus. Also at St Barnabus Church in Limassol, Cyprus & Ayia Tekla in Ayia Napa, Cyprus.

It is becoming more popular in Cyprus for Hotels to conduct their own Wedding ceremony's within the Hotel Grounds, because of the attractive sunset backdrop as the Piper leads the Wedding couple down to the beach for stunning Wedding photographs.

Restaurants are also taking advantage to accommodate Wedding couples in Cyprus by providing tasteful surroundings, stunning views, beautifully prepared food and also arranging everything for the Cyprus Wedding couple on their special day.

Here is an overview of what I can offer you to add that extra special touch to your Cyprus Wedding.

1) Greet the Cyprus Bride as she arrives in her Wedding car to the church & pipe her into the Wedding ceremony

2) After the Wedding ceremony, pipe the Cyprus Wedding couple outside & continue playing as the Wedding photographer takes photos.

3) When the Wedding couple are ready to leave, the Piper escorts them to their Wedding car.

4) The Piper will then play as the Wedding car arrives at the Cyprus couples Hotel & escort them through to the lobby balcony.

5) Pipe the Cyprus Wedding couple down to the beach for photographs via the pool area and play a couple of Celtic Airs.

6) Another option for the Cyprus Wedding couple would be for the Piper to lead them into the Wedding reception.
